Uh oh that pesky bird is back and he seems to be carrying a grudge! Piccolo seems like he’s in for a pecking, hopefully he’ll escape this predicament! We’ll have to wait a whole week to see what happens!
Crows and ravens have always given me the creeps. Whenever I see them on a road I’m driving, it gives me a chill. What is it about them? Their appearance is sure menacing, black feathered, large (for a bird) and the piercing sounds they make! It’s no wonder that they’re a favorite horror image whether it’s in comics, movies, or literature such as Poe’s The Raven. There was an especially creepy one in The Omen 2 which I’m sure left a big impression on my young mind.
Thanks so much for reading and please leave a comment, I’d love to hear from you! And please tell others about my comic and be sure to cast a vote for my comic HERE so I can get The Graveyard Gang higher in the ranking at Top Web Comics – to hopefully help more readers find out about my comic! Thanks a bunch!
And I hope you all have a great 4th of July weekend!
Poor little Piccolo! Is it possible that there’s something in the well that may come to his aid? If so, it will probably lead to more trouble for the tyke! I’m off to vote for ya now, Rich! 🙂
Thanks so much for reading Tim AND writing a comment AND voting for my comic! You get the headstone of honor today my friend! And stay tooned, we’ll see what happens to poor Piccolo!
Piccolo’s in a pinch? OH, NOES! Say, just how deep *is* that well? Piccolo got down there rather easily. I’m really looking forward to the next episode! 😀
Yes Piccolo’s in a predicament! Actually he’s on the outside of the well, too tuckered to climb! Thanks for reading, I’m so glad you’re enjoying the story!
Love the second panel of the crows screatching face! I want to play the Graveyard Gang videogame where you hit crows with dead squirrels.
Yeah where’s a dead squirrel when you need one! I would love a GG video game! I have some neat ideas for one too, maybe someday! Thanks for the kind words Mat, it’s always appreciated!
I think the crow is defending her young. There are mocking birds by my house that dive bomb cats if they enter the “kill zone”.
Looking forward to another update, Rich!
I don’t know about that crow, it may just be of the nasty sort! Plus it’s kinda sore from the squirrel beating it took! Thanks for reading AND commenting Pal!
This is definitely “caws” for alarm! Really diggin’ those backgrounds, Rich!
HA! Good one! Thanks for the kind words Mark, I work long and hard on my ‘sets’, glad you like them!
